The aim of this research was to elucidate the role of student management in enhancing academic performance at MTs NU Sumber Agung. Employing a qualitative methodology, the study was conducted within the premises of MTs NU Sumber Agung, with participants including school administrators, educators, and extracurricular mentors. Data collection methods comprised interviews, observations, and documentation. Analysis of the gathered data was conducted utilizing the interactive model proposed by Miles, Huberman, & Saldana (2014). Findings revealed that the enhancement of student achievement at MTs NU Sumber Agung was facilitated through both intracurricular and extracurricular initiatives.
